We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the email address you provide in your order form.
This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an email notifying you that the items have been despatched to you.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason, including without limitation and whether or not payment has been received by us, if:
If we refuse your order we will notify you by email and re-credit any sum deducted by us as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website.
You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth working day from the day after the date you receive the ordered goods.

If you cancel prior to delivery after the goods have been processed for delivery, or refuse the goods upon delivery, we may deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited.
If you have received the goods before cancelling, you must return the goods to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
You will become the owner of the goods when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened with any seals intact.
We will issue a full refund for the cost of the item excluding any additional delivery charge paid.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If you wish to return goods to us you must send them back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you notify a problem to us, we may make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair damaged or defective goods, or refund the amount paid for the goods in question.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected to the extent that they are capable of continuing in force.
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy .
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of goods to you by us.
