Since it opened for trading in 1990, Lemax has led the market in illuminated village collectibles. For existing Lemax aficionados, there are lots of new buildings for you this Christmas - including O'Neils Irish Tavern, the Windmill Fa�ade, and the Silver and Gold Shop. These make ideal gifts - either as a treat for yourself, or for the collector in your family. If you are still building your collection, then we have plenty of other buildings in stock for you to browse. On a Christmas theme, why not consider the Victorian collection. Our wide range of Christmas figurines complement the Dickensian theme so well. It is no surprise that the Victorian Village range is often where Lemax buildings collections begin.

Other new additions this year include toys shops, a Parisian Chocolatier, a Winter Chalet, a New England Christmas town house, and the exquisite illuminated Hillside Chapel. For a real showstopper, you could invest in one big animated piece, such as the Christmas Wonderland Toystore. Watch shoppers revolve into the shop, as toys dance above their heads. It's always a favourite with children and makes the perfect heirloom to bring out every year. Another showstopper is the Nutcracker Suite, which plays music from the ballet, as little dancers pirouette around a Christmas tree. These two delightful animated scenes are amongst our most popular Christmas sellers.

If you already have enough Lemax Christmas buildings, you can provide some culture in your village by investing in a public library, and sustenance and a meeting point with the Corner Caf�. Do your villagers have all they need? Every village needs a chocolate factory, so consider the Lemax animated version, the Olde Fashioned Chocolate Co. which is one of our 'most wished for' commercial town buildings, by both adults and children. Watching the chocolates travelling along the conveyor-belts is hypnotic.
