On occasions our delivery companies will take photographs of the outside of your property to assist with the delivery process and ensure that they have located the correct address when you are unable to accept the parcel. We use third party companies to provide exciting offers and news about our products and services. Currently we only make contact through email marketing. We retain your personal information and order information for up to 10 years. We do this as a large number of our products offer a long term manufacturer warranty. To enable us to support you in any warranty claim your order information will be held. However we will make every effort to delete personal identifiable information for no longer than is required or at the earliest opportunity.
